Community Outreach
Waxhaw's Ray of Hope Community Outreach was formed in 2014. We started to see a need in the Waxhaw/Mineral Springs area when many families were unable to get the needed help from organizations in Monroe. Many did not have transportation, so it was difficult to get to Monroe to the pantries for food or to pickup household supply donations.
We have partnered with the Jesse Jude Food Pantry to provide nutritious food to any family in need in our area. The goal is to ensure that everyone is able to feed themselves and their
families and that no one goes to bed hungry

About Us ...
We have started working with the Union County Community Shelter in Monroe, NC. We serve meals on many occassions and aid in their efforts to end homelessness.
The goal of the Community Outreach is that we ALL come together for the greater good of our neighbors in need. Our hopes are that all churches, civic organizations, businesses, schools, and individual volunteers come together to assist those in need in our community.
